RETURNS & REFUNDS

As our cashmere is hand made and delicate, please remove all jewellery before trying on your garment as we cannot accept returns based on damage caused by the wearer. 

Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back to us at your own expense with the security tag still attached within 14 days of placing your order via email on info@sirocashmere.com. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them.

In the unlikely event of damage of your item, please contact us providing photographic evidence so we can assess the fault. 

Each garment is numbered on the security tag.  To return an item, the security tag MUST NOT have been removed or tampered with.  Please contact our returns department at info@sirocashmere.com to confirm the item number and reason for the return.  SIRO Cashmere must authorise any returns.
