How can I place an order?
Browse through the SIRO cashmere collections.  When you have found the product you would like to buy, and have selected the correct size and desired colour, then simply click on ADD TO BASKET. If you would like to purchase more products follow the same easy steps. When you are finished and want to proceed with checkout click on PAY SECURELY NOW. You can also click on your Shopping Basket icon also located on the top right to view your products and to proceed to checkout.

Where is SIRO CASHMERE manufactured?
All our products are made in Italy from start to finish.

How will I know if my order has been received?
An automated confirmation email will be sent to you as the order is being processed.

How will I know if my order has been sent out?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Your unique tracking number and an online link to the courier service will be also provided.

Do you accept cancellation on orders?
You will need to email info@sirocashmere.com within 7 days after placing an order.

Can I order from outside of Monaco?
Yes you can.

Do you deliver outside of Monaco?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

What are the delivery rates?
For orders in Monaco and France delivery is free, for Europe & International orders a flat rate of €15,00 is charged.  Please refer to our Delivery Info & Rates page for more details.

What do I do if I have received my order but an item is missing?
Please contact us on info@sirocashmere.com and we will have a look into this matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?
Although we try our best to get your orders correct each time, if we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us on info@sirocashmere.com with your name, contact details and product description and we will advise you on how to return the item to us.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
As our cashmere is hand made and delicate, please remove all jewellery before trying on your garment as we cannot accept returns based on damage caused by the wearer.  Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, with the security tag attached and closed, unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back to us within 14 days of placing your order. Please contact us via email on info@sirocashmere.com and we will organise the pick up and shipping for the item(s).  In the unlikely event of damage of your item, please contact us providing photographic evidence so we can assess the fault.  Each garment is numbered on the security tag.  To return an item, the security tag MUST NOT have been removed or tampered with.  Please contact our returns department at info@sirocashmere.com to confirm the item number and reason for the return.  SIRO Cashmere will need to authorise any returns.

When will my purchase be delivered?
We use DHL Express for all our deliveries. Deliveries to (Monaco & France) are next day.  European & International deliveries are 1-4 days. Please refer to our Delivery Info & Rates page for further details.

How will my purchases be delivered?
We use DHL Express to send out all orders. A signature is required upon receipt.
